E-consult is free to use for NHS patients. Use e-consult to ask our GP's about your health symptoms, conditions or treatment. You can even request things like sick notes and GP letters. PLEASE NOTE - PLEASE REQUEST REPEAT SICK NOTES ON THE DAY OF THE RENEWAL DATE.  

• Find your symptom, condition or request.
• Fill out the form.
• Our administration team will respond quickly with advice from the GP, a prescription or an appointment.

Please do not order any repeat prescriptions through e-consult, you must do this via the NHS app or on our prescriptions tab. 

If the triaging clinician advises you need a appointment, our reception team will contact you via text message or telephone with a appointment date and time.
